This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how Ashley Richards ("Mobile Application Developer", "I", "we", "us" or "our") collects, protects and uses the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you ("User", "you" or "your") may provide in the TribuCode mobile application and any of its products or services (collectively, "Application" or "App"). This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

If you choose to use the Application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Application. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at DevBox unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Data Collection and Use

No analytics or usage data are used to track movement around the application.

For a better experience, while using our Application, you may provide us with certain personally identifiable information like your full name. The information that is request may be uploaded to the server. However, if you do not wish to enter your full name then you can remain anonymous.

Device Permissions

Depending on the User's device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User's device Data as described below. By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users may refer to the device settings or contact the Owner for support at the contact details provided in the present document.

The exact procedure for controlling app permissions may be dependent on the User's device and software.

Please note that the revoking of such permissions might impact the proper functioning of this Application.

If User grants any of the permissions listed below, the respective Personal Data may be processed (i.e accessed to, modified or removed) by this Application.

Camera Usage

Used for scanning QR Codes.

Photo Library Usage

Used for accessing your Photo Library where you can import your own photos when requested. No photos are uploaded to any servers unless shown in-app.

Push Notification Usage

Used to notifify of memorial review updates and new submissions when someone contributes to an owners memorial.

Application Providers

I may employ third-party companies and/or individuals due to the following reasons:

To facilitate our Application;
To provide the Application on our behalf;
To perform Application-related Applications; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Application is used.

I want to inform users of this Application that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

Security

I value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security but relies on Firebase's security.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Data from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us and we will delete such information from our files within a reasonable period of time.

Support Enquires

We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you contact us via our suppoer desk. This information may include your name (if provided), email address (if provided), your device details such as: device version, operating system type and version, language preferences and other statistics that are intended to aid investigation to your quiry. Once resolved, tickets are deleted within 30 days along with the collected data of the ticket.

Legal Disclosure

We will disclose any information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your user account, and personal data will likely be among the assets transferred.

Changes and Amendments
